The Art Institute of Chicago will soon temporarily house artwork from legendary artist Vincent van Gogh.
Beginning in Feb. 14, 2016, all three versions of ‘The Bedroom’ will be on display together, marking the first time ever the collection will be available for public viewing in North America. The artworks dates back to 1888 to 1889 when Van Gogh moved into his ‘Yellow House’ in Arles, France.
According to the Art Institute, the paintings appear extremely similar, the only differences being discreet details.
Members of the Art Institute of Chicago may begin viewing the masterpieces on Feb 12th and 13th while the general public gets their chance to witness history from Feb. 14-May 10th, 2016.
