It ain’t easy being in the NFL playoffs, and it may be safe to assume that Ezekiel Elliott’s eyes are on the prize… and not on the road.
The 21 year old running back of the Dallas Cowboys was involved in a minor car crash with a BMW in Frisco, Texas near the team’s practice facility on Wednesday during the morning hours.
The Cowboys are currently in the playoffs, with their next divisional game to take place in Arlington, TX tomorrow against the Packers.
TMZ Sports got ahold of the 911 audio and a witness told the operater, “I can tell you that the Yukon (driven by Elliot) cruised right through the red light and hit that car.”
While police and Dallas Cowboys security were both brought to the scene of the accident, there were no injuries.
Ezekiel also tweeted out a message to fans worried the accident may impact his performance for Sunday’s important game.
Let’s see how tomorrow plays out.
