Shade, or no shade?
Justin Timberlake has finally revealed the real reason why he left boy band ‘N Sync to pursue his successful solo career, and do I detect some shade in his answer!?
Success is nothing new for Timberlake, the 36 year old has sold 26 million solo albums, a huge spot in Hollywood with his acting skills, all while being a parent/husband. But it was not an easy road to get to the top.
While in ‘N Sync, Timberlake says he feels as everything was becoming too much at a point.
“We were on a stadium tour, and I just felt like the whole thing was too big. It started as a fun snowball fight that was becoming an avalanche. And, also, I was growing out of it,” Timberlake tells THR.
I don’t know about you, but see if you see any shade in Justin’s next comment about the former members of the group saying, “Also, I was growing out of it. I felt like I cared more about the music than some of the other people in the group. And I felt like I had other music I wanted to make and that I needed to follow my heart.”
Okay, maybe not shade. It’s understandable to hear Justin wanted his career to thrive in a direction he creatively wanted to go in.
I’m sure it is safe to say he chose the right direction. Go ‘head Justin!
